This research aims to develop an advanced model of integrated legal and technological governance for innovation in the life sciences, with a particular focus on the use of artificial intelligence in medicine. Through the analysis of AI-based medical devices, telemedicine platforms, clinical decision-support systems, and robotic surgical technologies, the project seeks to identify regulatory and organizational tools capable of ensuring the protection of fundamental rights, patient safety, and health data security. The research will address issues of criminal liability, cybersecurity threats, and technological risk management, leading to the development of policies and operational protocols for healthcare organizations. Expected outcomes include an innovative regulatory framework, scientific publications, and practical tools supporting a safe, trustworthy, and responsible digital transformation of healthcare systems
