Distributional modelling, dependence and tail risk in complex systems

The project focuses on the development of statistical and probabilistic methods for the analysis of complex data and systems. Research topics include distributional modelling, stochastic dependence, extreme-value phenomena, uncertainty quantification, and computational efficient inference. The successful candidate will contribute to both theoretical and methodological advances, with applications to real-world problems involving large-scale and heterogeneous data.
