Description

The project aims to promote a professional culture based on reflection and intentional analysis of daily practices in services for children aged 0-6. Video analysis as a research and training tool highlights the complexity of educational interactions, care practices and organisational choices. The focus is on the integrated education and care system introduced by Decree Law 65/2017, involving educators, teachers and pedagogical coordinators. The objectives are to improve educational quality, promote continuity between services, strengthen the informed participation of families and develop a theoretical framework with observational-reflective tools. The project includes a training proposal for students of Educator, Primary Education Sciences and Pedagogy courses, focused on the use of video analysis to enhance reflective and planning attitude and collegial work, contributing to the construction of a more competent and collaborative educational ecosystem
