Italian and foreign candidates holding a PhD or equivalent qualification, obtained in Italy or abroad, in subjects relevant to the scientific discipline group (SSD) ECON-09/A, are eligible to apply.Applicants are required to demonstrate continuous and high-calibre study and research activity within the subject areas of the relevant scientific sector (SSD ECON-09/A).The research will focus on corporate finance, with particular reference to financial structure decisions, the composition and cost of funding sources, and, from a broader perspective, risk management. The analysis will focus on the effect of exposure to climate risk on firms’ choices regarding the composition of their capital structure and the conditions of access to the capital markets. The research involves disseminating the results achieved through participation in international conferences relating to the SSD ECON-09/A
