Description
The candidate will have to focus his/her scientific research activities in the field of pediatric gastroenterology, concentrating the projects and efforts on the identification/characterization of the molecular lesions responsible for the development of both congenital and acquired diseases that occur in infants, children and adolescents, on the identification of the most efficacious treatment for these diseases and on the development of innovative therapies, including those based on biological drugs. The candidate will perform clinical activities in children gastroenterology disease treated at the pediatric Institute of Fondazione Policlinico universitario Agostino Gemelli - IRCCS in Rome. In addition, the candidate will conduct teaching activities for the students of the medical course of Medicine and Surgery and for the fellows of the School of Pediatrics,
