Description
The research project constitutes a starting point for an in-depth study of the central themes of contemporary administrative law, with particular attention to the transformations of the system in terms of legality and participation. Specific lines of inquiry concern the transformation of public organizations in their relationship with citizens' rights and needs, the challenging reconciliation of efficiency and legality requirements, and the relationship between technological innovation and public administration, with reference to issues of responsibility and procedural guarantees in decision-making processes supported by artificial intelligence. The research will be developed in coordination with the scientific activities of the Department of Political Sciences and of LEPA, contributing to ongoing projects on the topics of interest to the Department, and aims to build on the knowledge acquired in the field and to strengthen the scientific output of the research group
