Description
ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE CONTRACT:The researcher will be required to carry out teaching assignments related to SSD BIOS-07/A BIOCHEMISTRY in the Department's bachelor's and master's degree programmes, and in the PhD programme in Agricultural and Food Production Sciences. Teaching will be conducted mainly in Italian and will address basic and/or advanced topics related to the field covered by the proposal. The researcher will also be required to carry out research activities consistent and congruent with the topics of the SSD and, by way of example and without limitation, related to the study of biochemical processes, bioenergetics and enzymes that characterise food production and processing, and biotechnological applications in the agri-food, industrial and environmental fields.
