Selection procedure for the recruitment of 1 Tenure-Track Researcher (RTT) pursuant to Art. 24 of Law no. 240 of 2010 for the Scientific-Disciplinary Sector GIUR-17/A (Philosophy of Law) at the Department of Economics and Law.

The University of Cassino and Southern Lazio hereby announces, pursuant to Article 24 of Law No. 240 of 2010, the following selection procedure: one post of fixed-term researcher (Single Tenure-Track — RTT) in the Scientific-Disciplinary Sector GIUR-17/A (Philosophy of Law), to be held at the Department of Economics and Law. The successful candidate will be required to undertake teaching, research and Third Mission activities in disciplines pertaining to the Philosophy of Law and to questions relating to the General Theory of Law, with particular regard to the dimensions of legal certainty in relation to the temporal evolution of the legal norm. Teaching duties will encompass Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes, doctoral programmes, and University Master's courses.
