The research activity will focus on one or more of DISI’s strategic research areas, including distributed and mobile systems, information systems, middleware, modeling and simulation, Digital Twins, Big Data, IoT/Web of Things, HCI, Edge/Cloud Computing, AI, Computer Vision, Machine/Transfer Learning, Computer Science Education, Computational Thinking, Formal Methods, Logic, Web Technologies, Social Network Analysis, Software Engineering, Programming Languages, Quantum Computing and Networking, and Cybersecurity. The researcher will carry out research, design, development, integration, validation, and analysis of advanced data, systems, and technologies, contributing to innovative methodologies, services, and applications. Activities will be conducted with DISI research groups and national and international partners through research projects, competitive funding, and third mission initiatives
