Selection procedure for the recruitment of 1 fixed-term tenure track researcher (RTT) pursuant to Article 24 of Law 240/2010

The activities covered by the contract are: research, teaching, supplementary instruction, and student services; the researcher will be expected both to contribute to ongoing research activities at the IUSS School and to conduct independent research, including through national and international collaborations, in the field of the philosophy of technology and artificial intelligence, including in relation to the philosophy of mind and consciousness, and more generally to the use of conceptual tools from analytic philosophy for understanding decision-making under conditions of risk and uncertainty, as well as the conditions of trust and reliability of experts and artificial systems.
