Methods and Didactics of Physical Activities

The research activity, within the scope of the relevant scientific-disciplinary sector, will focus on the development and application of methodologies, techniques, and tools for the design, evaluation, and monitoring of physical exercise programs and preventive and adapted physical activity, aimed at promoting health, well-being, and active aging.The research will encompass the study of the effects of physical activity and sports through morpho-functional and bio-clinical parameters, with particular reference to the assessment of motor performance, the promotion of active lifestyles, and the implementation of interventions targeting healthy individuals, athletes, frail populations, and those with chronic conditions.
