Description
The research will be structured on several levels: sustainable coastal planning, management of state-owned assets and port infrastructure (energy and waste cycle), low environmental impact tourism and recreational boating development. This is followed by the analysis of management models in the port of Taranto as an energy hub, particularly on the topics of wind energy and shipbuilding. The current legislation will be examined along with comparative aspects of European and international rules, the contractual regime, and the administrative-management tools available to public authorities. This line of action will be developed in accordance with the PNRR objectives, with particular reference to the development of ports, logistics and maritime transport, environmental protection, the ecological transition, and energy.
