The program includes the introduction of low-impact machinery and equipment, as well as the testing of innovative processes to reduce inputs and recover production residues within a circular economy framework. The interventions may involve wine, olive-oil, cereal, fruit and vegetable, livestock, nut, and medicinal plant supply chains. Overall, the activities are intended to define sustainable protocols for improving the quality of agri-food products and the environment. The expected outcomes concern increased efficiency and sustainability of the organic supply chains involved
