Description
The research activity involves the development and application of computational methods for the advanced analysis of metagenomic and textual data, using ontologies, text mining techniques, and machine learning algorithms, to support pathogen surveillance and the multilayered interpretation of wastewater analysis data. The activities, through the use of data quality frameworks, FAIR practices, and open science tools for managing and leveraging information within a Research Data Management System, require the design of interactive visualizations and spatiotemporal analyses to support the early identification of health threats
