Description

Activities include: (i) definition of mold free shelf-life predictive models, determining the number of variables as well that need to be recorded to be able to train the model; (ii) design and development of a model to predict mold growth based on the new data generated, incorporating key variables identified in (i), and use statistical and machine learning methodologies to ensure high predictive accuracy and robustness; iii) validation of the model.
