Description
The fellowship is intended to support philological research on the text of the works of the Organon andpossibly also of other Platonic and Aristotelian works that are relevant to the history of the theory ofcategories and of the relation between science and philosophy in classical Greek thought. Such researchshould consist at least partly in the collation of manuscripts and the evaluation of their stemmatic positionand textual contribution. It is therefore essential that candidates demonstrate adequate command both ofancient philosophy and of the methods of classical philology
