Description

A central problem in Kählergeometry is the search for canonical metrics within a fixed cohomology class, where canonical meansthat certain components of the curvature of the metric are constant. A prominent example is given byKähler metrics of constant scalar curvature (cscK). The aim of this project is to investigate theexistence, uniqueness, and regularity of such metrics on singular compact Kähler varieties, bydeveloping pluripotential theory for a degenerate system of two nonlinear second-order Monge–Ampèretype equations
