Description
The optimization of candidate compounds will be conducted using sustainable chemical synthesis approaches (green chemistry) and will aim to rationally balance multi-target affinity, selectivity, pharmacokinetic profile, and toxicity mitigation. The adoption of XAI methodologies will allow for the interpretation of structure-activity relationships and support informed decisions in selecting the most promising drug candidates.
