Description
The project will focus on Southern Italian narratives and "waste" writings in contemporary Italian and foreign literature in the context of the Mediterranean and the local/global South.Methodologically, the research will integrate the tools of literary history and criticism with geocritical and ecocritical approaches, investigating heterogeneous genres, formats, and textual devices, as well as plural linguistic and formal registers.
