Autonomy, Food Sovereignty, and Food Security: Anthropological Perspectives on Food Systems within the One Health Paradigm
Scientific-Disciplinary Group
11/SDEA-01 - Demoethnoanthropological Sciences
Description
The aim of the research is to analyse the dynamics of food autonomy and food sovereignty within contemporary agri-food systems, with particular attention to the role of cultural practices, local ecological knowledge, and forms of community organisation in the construction of sustainable and resilient food systems within the framework of the One Health paradigm. The investigations will be conducted in specific contexts of the Euro-Mediterranean basin, with possible comparative in-depth studies in non-EU contexts relevant to the research topic. If you want, I can also provide a more “research-call style” version (slightly more concise and typical of project descriptions in international calls).
