Scientific-Disciplinary Group
12/GIUR-06 - Administrative And Public Law
Description
The research fellowship concerns the analysis and study of the regulatory and legal pathways applicable to the production, transport, and storage of hydrogen through the use of hydrates, within the framework of the activities envisaged by the project. The activity is aimed at examining the existing regulatory framework at both national and European level, identifying gaps and critical issues in relation to the highly innovative features of the proposed technology, which is currently not fully covered by dedicated regulatory procedures. The research is motivated by the need to accompany technological development with appropriate regulatory instruments, which are essential to ensure safety and facilitate its future market deployment. The beneficiary will be required to systematically link the project’s scientific results to possible regulatory and legal pathways, formulating proposals that may support the adoption of the new technology and foster its industrial valorisation
