Description
The research programme, within the EU-funded PHORTIFY project, aims to design, implement and validate innovative teaching methodologies in photonics to strengthen digital skills of students, researchers and professionals within the Photonics sector. The selected researcher will analyse advanced pedagogical models in comparable high-tech sectors and conduct a skills-gap assessment within the Phortify network. Based on this, flexible teaching formats will be studied, developed and piloted, combining in-person, online and blended delivery, virtual labs, digital tools, and industry-driven projects. The programme will integrate advanced technological training with soft skills, entrepreneurship and management education.
