Description
The scientific effort will focus on experimental activities in the fields of quantum optics and quantum information, with particular emphasis on the coherent manipulation of quantum states of matter and the control of light–matter interactions, aimed at generating entangled or strongly correlated many-particle states. The project is carried out within the Q-CONNECT FVG experimental initiative, in which ytterbium atoms trapped in optical tweezers are coupled to an optical cavity, to be used as a resource for innovative applications in quantum science and technology
