Description
The project aims to establish guidelines for a digital architecture designed to support strategic decision-making and enhance sustainability assessments at both the firm and supply chain levels. The intermediate objectives include: (a) defining the scope of investigation and selecting the target supply chains; (b) evaluating WP1 results to develop alternative business models and supply chain scenarios; and (c) establishing a research protocol to identify digital transition leverage points that support sustainability. Intermediate outputs will consist of protocols for analysis, research, and information flow mapping. The project’s final objectives are to develop architectural specifications and validate a platform concept capable of leveraging supply chain data for sustainability-oriented strategic decisions.
