Description

The research fellow will contribute to the development and validation of design, simulation, and experimental testingmethodologies for aerostructures in the fields of energy and mobility, such as airfoils and turbine blades. The activities willinclude numerical modeling using CFD and FEM techniques, the use of generative CAD tools and shape optimizationmethods, as well as the integration of experimental and structural measurements with simulation data within co-simulationframeworks. The work will also involve the implementation of virtual sensing frameworks for the estimation of structuralresponse, leveraging software and hardware resources provided by Siemens.
