Evaluation CV and Interview PhD in Earth Sciences, Physical Sciences, Environmental and Infrastructure Engineering, or related disciplines, or a qualification obtained abroad.Pursuant to Article 38, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 165/2001, candidates with qualifications obtained abroad are conditionally admitted to the selection process. If successful, successful candidates must submit an application for recognition (equivalence) of their foreign qualification to the Ministry of University and Research within 15 days of the publication of the final ranking, under penalty of exclusion from the selection process.Successful candidates in possession of a declaration of equivalence issued by an Italian University must submit it to the Institution within 15 days of the publication of the final ranking, under penalty of exclusion from the selection process. Candidates may also participate in the selection process if:they are enrolled in the third year of the PhD program, provided that the aforementioned qualifications are expected to be obtained within six months of the publication date of the call for applications;or:they possess a scientific-professional curriculum suitable for carrying out the research activity, it being understood that the qualifications referred to in letter a) of this article constitute preferential qualifications for the purposes of establishing the relevant ranking. The candidate must specialize in at least one of the following areas:• Modeling and Analysis of Complex Systems: Development of advanced mathematical models using numerical and analytical inversion techniques to interpret physical phenomena;• Data Analysis and Programming: Programming skills (Python and/or MATLAB and/or IDL and/or C/C++) for statistical processing and/or analysis of scientific datasets.
