The research activity will be carried out within the framework of the project “Processing Metaphors: Neurochronometry, Acquisition and Decay (PROMENADE)” funded by the ERC (PI: Prof. Bambini). One of the aims of the project is to understand the multimodal aspects involved in metaphor processing by combining behavioral and neurophysiological experiments. The research activity covered by this call will contribute to the development of the specific research lines related to WP2 (Neurochronometry) and, more broadly, to the investigations of the neural bases of language conducted by the Neurolinguistics and Experimental Pragmatics Laboratory.
