Description
The contractor will be involved in the analysis of technical-agronomic data and agro-food industrial processes,as well as in the management of experimental economics activities involving stakeholder groups related topublic catering services (primary schools). In particular, the contractor will be required to:- coordinate data collection activities carried out by project partners;- develop databases containing primary and secondary technical-economic data;- design and validate statistical methods aimed at identifying barriers to the adoption of productive andorganizational innovations for the valorization of minor crops;- contribute to the preparation of scientific reports, dissemination materials, and academic publications.
