The project investigates the strategic and organizational transformations induced by artificial intelligence in firms, focusing on emerging competency needs and business model evolution. Adopting a business strategy and organizational management perspective, the research integrates systematic literature review, qualitative interviews, quantitative survey, and firm-level case analysis. Expected outputs include an operational taxonomy of AI-induced competency needs, a classification of AI-adaptive organizational models, and a strategic framework for assessing competitive sustainability of business models in the generative AI era.
