Description
The project investigates how individuals form and communicate beliefs about personal attributes, with a particular focus on the role of self-presentation, time constraints and uncertainty about information accuracy in shaping motivated beliefs. Within this framework, and under the supervision of the principal investigator, the researcher will carry out the project with the aim of developing collaborations with other members of the Department of Economics and producing publications, both single-authored and co-authored, in leading international journals in behavioral and experimental economics, as well as, secondarily, in applied microeconomics and industrial organization. The contract will have a duration of twenty-four months, renewable for an additional twelve months, without prejudice to the possibility of further extensions and/or renewal within the limits established by current regulations.
