Description
The research project aims toanalyse the functioning and effectiveness of networks within complex organizationalsettings, moving beyond the traditional approach cantered on multiprofessional teamstoward a multi-actor network perspective. Knowledge-intensive contexts are increasinglyorganized as networks, in which actors from different professional, organizational, andinstitutional domains collaborate to address challenges that exceed the capacity ofindividual organizations. These collaborative configurations play a crucial role inimproving the quality of care and system performance by enabling resource sharing,knowledge transfer, and coordinated action.
