Description
The research program examines how Italian companies design, develop, and transform their Open Innovation models. It aims to identify and compare the main organizational configurations adopted, focusing on four dimensions: strategy, governance, processes and tools, and people and culture. The project will develop an interpretive framework and a structured database, drawing on primary and secondary sources, to map innovative firms and identify recurring configurations, evolutionary trajectories, enabling conditions, challenges, and best practices in Open Innovation models.

Quality, originality, and innovation of the research proposal, with reference to the research program covered by this selection (up to 15 points) Relevance and significance of previous research activities and professional experience in relation to the research program (up to 20 points) Relevance and significance of submitted publications with respect to the research program (up to 15 points) Interview, aimed at assessing the candidate’s research aptitude, their ability to implement the proposed project, and their knowledge of English and/or other relevant languages for the research (up to 50 points)
