The researchers will be involved in the collection, analysis, and modelling ofsyntactic data within the DHisGram project(https://www.parametricomparison.unimore.it/dhisgram-syntax-out-of-africa-deephistory-through-human-grammars/), which applies the Parametric ComparisonMethod (PCM, www.parametricomparison.unimore.it) to the study of deep language history in two selected microcontinental areas: South-East Asia and the Pacific, andthe American macrocontinent.
