The candidate will be involved in abroad research project entitled "Sustainable Transition of Agri-Food Systems," carriedout in the Department of Agri-Food Economics (DEA). Specifically, the candidate willstudy the impact of changes in consumer tastes and preferences through a series ofexperimental economics studies addressing the demand for innovative foods, thesocioeconomic determinants of dietary changes, and their relationship with health andenvironmental impact.
