Exploring the oncogenic role of p63 and its novel co-binding factor ZNF148 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

Study of the epigenetic regulation of the target gene CCND1 mediated by 63 and ZNF148. Characterization of the ZNF148 targetome, a novel transcription factor with potential oncogenic functions, through the identification of new target genes and the investigation of their involvement in the progression of HNSCC (head and neck squamous cell carcinoma).
