Mindset, Technology, and Uncertainty at Work - 2026_CDR_DIG_8

Today's work and organizational contexts are increasingly exposed to continuous technological evolutions and growing uncertainty. Within this framework, understanding workers' cognitive models, mindset, and behaviors remains a critical element for enhancing resilience and managing the increasing complexity at work. In line with the departmental program HumanTech-Humans and Technology (“Departments of Excellence 2023-27” MUR Law 232/2016), the project aims to build methodological tools and frameworks for analysis and intervention designed to: i) understand key mindsets and cognitive processes in highly uncertain contexts; ii) define intervention methodologies to optimize the impact of these aspects on effective and adaptive work behaviors; iii) implement a synergistic and functional interaction between human capital and emerging technologies, in order to improve adaptability, well-being, engagement, and performance sustainability.
