Description

The main activity is to assess and describe the quality of a range of fish, vegetable, and shellfish products produced usingBFT, IMTA-BFT, and FLOCponic systems. For this purpose, the nutritional, rheological, and sensory characteristics of theselected species will be evaluated and compared with those obtained from conventional production systems (ponds,longlines, and RAS).
