Description

The program focuses on the relationship between the individual, well-being, and innovation, and adopts an interdisciplinary research approach capable of combining different perspectives: economic-business-statistical, legal, psychological, medical-healthcare, and historical-philosophical-pedagogical. This multidisciplinary nature characterizes an educational project that enables PhD candidates to grasp the complexity of the relationship between innovation, the individual, and well-being, and to interpret this relationship in ways that support organizational, individual, social, and environmental development.
