The PhD Course provides a high-level knowledge and skills, aimed at acquiring a research methodology in the field of law.The PhD course involves substantial and procedural law, including non-judicial remedies, related to the topics of competitive sustainability of markets, labour and industrial relations, in the framework of EU social pillar, regulation of business activities, company law, intellectual property, contractual relationships, protection of individuals fundamental rights and data protection, digital economy and industry 4.0, regulation of agri-food markets as well as banking and financial markets.Research topics are addressed considering national, European and international level.
