Description
The Course proposes a training project on rights, institutions and guarantees in transitional societies and aims to ensure the tools for an in-depth and critical understanding of the methodologies of the different scientific sectors related to the PhD. This is in order to consolidate analytical and complex interpretative skills and to enhance axial issues increasingly destined to conform public decision-making schemes and the development of new procedures and practices, with the view of promoting cohesion and inclusion. These include the evolution of the concept of citizenship in globalized contexts, especially in the light of technological development and migration phenomena, and the interactions between legal disciplines in the prism of environmental, economic and social sustainability.
