Description
The PhD Course in Leadership, Empowerment and Digital Innovation in Education was created to developprofessionalism and pedagogical and didactic innovation in university teaching, responding to globalchallenges such as the heterogeneity of students, the promotion of working skills and the accessibility ofcontent. The course is divided into a number of main areas: Leadership, focused on the training of expertsin educational management; Empowerment, aimed at social inclusion and the support of vulnerableindividuals; and Digital Innovation, which addresses the digitisation of teaching and the use of ArtificialIntelligence in education; Life course pedagogy in different formal and non-formal educational contexts.
