Doctoral courses can be accessed without limitation of citizenship by those who are in possession of a master's degree or of a suitable foreign qualification or those who will obtain it by enrolment in the PhD course.The suitability of the foreign qualification is ascertained by the doctoral commission in compliance with the legislation in force in this field in Italy and in the country where the title was issued and the treaties or international agreements on the recognition of qualifications for further education.Failure to obtain the title by the date scheduled for enrolment in the course in case of success positive of the access selection, involves the forfeiture of admission to the courseIn the event that the candidate participates in the competition before having obtained the title, admission will be arranged "with reserve" and the candidate will be required to present, under penalty of forfeiture
