The PhD program is aimed at stimulating research aptitudes and analytical capabilities, thus forming highly skilled people, fully integrated in the national and international scientific context, and highly competitive in the fields of interest, either in Italy or abroad.The high professional qualification, based upon a solid and deep knowledge in Mathematics and/or Physics, will allow the Doctor of Philosophy to manage complicated problems with great scientific and cultural autonomy, creatve thought and accuracy, either in a scientific environment or in a working context
