Description
The PhD in “Law and Economics” offers the possibility of attending high level courses and making high quality researches on matters concerning the legal regulation of economic activities, taking into account both the domestic and the international law perspectives. From the former point of view, the PhD will regard both the legal protection of rights in private matters and the public intervention in economic matters. From the latter point of view, the PhD fosters researches focusing on the role of individuals in economic integration processes. Courses and other activities in this PhD are organized so as to combine the in-depth study of theoretical subjects and researches on topics of current interest which have direct professional implications.
