Description
The PhD programme in Cultural Heritage: Memories, Civilizations, Transitions offersadvanced, multidisciplinary training dedicated to the study, protection andenhancement of cultural heritage in its many forms: tangible and intangible,archaeological, historical, artistic, architectural, landscape, linguistic, literary,educational and digital. The programme combines theoretical, methodological andapplied skills, with particular attention to new technologies, digitisation, communicationand inclusive access. Its aim is to train researchers and professionals able to analysehistorical and territorial contexts, design conservation and promotion strategies, andengage with institutions, heritage authorities, museums, archives, foundations andcultural enterprises, contributing to the sustainable development of local areas and tothe responsible management of heritage as a common good.
