The research program includes the following main activities:- Literature review to identify international best practices in the integration betweeninfrastructure monitoring methods and autonomous vehicle instrumentation;- Field testing with surveys conducted in confined and protected environments (test fields);- Consistency checks between survey results and direct observation data;- Design and development of routines for the detection and management of critical issues;- Field validation through surveys in (partially) non-confined and non-protected environments;- Final optimization of processes and methods.
