Description
The research program investigates how family businesses and family offices manage strategic change and generational transitions while preserving legacy, cohesion, and performance. It combines qualitative case studies and quantitative surveys to map governance models, leadership paths, and ownership structures across generations. Particular attention is given to the role of next-generation family members and family offices in orchestrating continuity, innovation, and responsible wealth management. The program aims to develop frameworks, tools, and evidence-based guidelines to support generational transitions and long-term strategies for entreprising families and their ecosystems.
