Description
The research project for the following assignment will be carried out within the activities of GT3. The initial phases will focus on studying the ideal frameworks for creating the IT platform and developing AI algorithms for data analysis. In particular, the data storage structure will be built to manage heterogeneity and high volumes: a logical “schema-on-read” scheme will be defined for samples, experimental metadata, and analysis results; replication parameters will be configured for scalability and resilience, as well as indexes on key fields (sample ID, gene/protein, variant, peptide) for the various possible queries.
