Description
The research program will be conducted by the Agricultural Chemistry group of the Department of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Sciences and is part of the project "White Wine Identity: new horizons for an integrated and sustainable development of the Italian white wine supply chain". The activity is aimed at developing sustainable strategies for the enhancement of the by-products of the Italian white wine supply chain, through the application of innovative composting processes aimed at the efficient reuse of biomass and the protection of soil biodiversity, with a view to a circular economy and functional integration of the supply chain.
