Description

The candidate will analyse digital pathology data from multisite ovarian tumor samples. The information extracted from the images will be correlated with molecular (genomic and transcriptomic) and clinical variables to assess their predictive potential. Additionally, the study aims to characterize molecular variability both within individual patients and across different patients.
